This Privacy Policy explains how Aguilar Team, led by Rané Aguilar, collects, uses, and protects information obtained through www.aguilar-team.com, customer inquiries, appointment and open-house forms, and our communications. It also explains your choices about text messages and other uses of your information.

Protection of SMS Information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with other businesses for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent applies only to Aguilar Team and does not authorize unrelated businesses to contact you.

Providers supporting message delivery and customer service may process this information only to perform those services for us, not for their own marketing. Permission to disclose information for service coordination does not include permission to transfer SMS consent. Except for providers needed to operate and support the messaging program, we do not disclose SMS opt-in data or consent records unless disclosure is required by law.

For messaging, we retain consent choices, the date and method of enrollment, and opt-out records so that we can manage your preferences and document permission to contact you.

Cookies or similar technologies may be used by enabled website features. These records can be personal information when they identify or can reasonably be linked to you.

Requested service communications and promotional communications are handled according to the permissions you provide. Visiting this website or submitting a phone number alone does not give permission for promotional texts.

SMS Messaging and Your Choices

The Aguilar Team Real Estate Updates program includes responses to property inquiries, open-house follow-ups, showing arrangements, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, requested transaction updates, and customer support. With separate promotional consent, messages may also include property recommendations, new listing announcements, open-house invitations, and real estate service updates.

You can enroll in text messages through the chat widget on our website by providing your mobile number and selecting the applicable optional SMS consent checkbox. Informational and promotional consent are collected separately, and neither checkbox is preselected. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property, purchasing services, or submitting an inquiry. Our contact and scheduling forms are email-only and do not enroll you in text messages.

Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, preferences, and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. When Information Is Disclosed

We use service providers working with our platform for website hosting, forms, email, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics where enabled, and text message delivery. These providers receive information needed to perform their functions. The SMS protections above apply to mobile numbers and messaging consent records.

Requested service coordination

When needed to carry out your request, relevant inquiry or transaction information may be provided to the real estate brokerage, transaction professionals, or providers you ask us to coordinate with. Separate businesses may provide their own privacy notices and request additional authorizations. A request for coordination does not transfer your SMS consent or enroll you in another business’s promotional messages.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or a court order. Where permitted by law, we may also use or disclose information as reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, or protect our legal rights. SMS consent records remain subject to the narrower restrictions stated above.

We do not sell personal information. We do not provide your information to other businesses so they can independently promote their services to you.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, communication channel, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Avoid including sensitive information in general inquiries.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations.
