Aguilar Team Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.aguilar-team.com and the Aguilar Team text messaging program. In these terms, “Aguilar Team,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the team led by Rané Aguilar. Please review these terms before using the website or enrolling in text messages.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program description
The Aguilar Team Real Estate Updates program supports customer inquiries and service requests. With your consent, we may send text messages about property inquiries, open-house visits and follow-ups, showing arrangements, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, requested transaction updates, and customer support.
If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send property recommendations, new listing announcements, open-house invitations, and real estate service updates. Promotional enrollment is optional. This SMS program covers Aguilar Team real estate communications; it does not enroll you in messaging from separate cleaning, staging, or lending businesses.
Consent and enrollment
You can enroll in text messages through the chat widget on our website by providing your mobile number and selecting the applicable optional SMS consent checkbox. Informational and promotional consent are collected separately, and neither checkbox is preselected. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property, purchasing services, or submitting an inquiry. Our contact and scheduling forms are email-only and do not enroll you in text messages.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, appointments, preferences, and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider determines any charges under your plan. Contact your provider with questions about those charges.
Opting out and rejoining
Reply STOP to the number sending our messages to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation text, then stop messages from this program unless you enroll again. You may rejoin by completing the opt-in process again. You may also contact us using the details below to request that messaging stop.
Help and delivery
Reply HELP for assistance, email rane.sipes27@gmail.com, or call (805) 709-3415. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device, network, and carrier; availability is not guaranteed on every network.
Eligibility and privacy
You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Notify us if you change or give up that number. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: https://www.aguilar-team.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with other businesses for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting message delivery and customer service may process this information only to perform those services for us, not for their own marketing. SMS consent does not authorize unrelated businesses to contact you.
Website and Service Terms
Use of the website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with website security, impersonate another person, submit harmful content, or use the website to collect personal information without authorization.
Real estate information and service coordination
Aguilar Team provides information about real estate, relocation, staging, cleaning, and lending services in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Century 21 Masters. Staging, cleaning, lending, insurance, and relocation vendor services are not provided or endorsed by Century 21 Masters or Century 21 Real Estate LLC.
Website information is general and does not replace advice specific to your circumstances. Submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, or exchanging text messages does not by itself create an agency relationship, purchase agreement, loan application, or commitment to lend. Services may require separate written agreements, disclosures, and authorizations. Those agreements govern the services they cover.
Property information
Property availability, descriptions, photographs, pricing, dimensions, and other listing details may change or contain errors. Verify material information before making a decision. Website content does not guarantee a property’s availability, condition, value, sale outcome, or suitability for your needs.
Intellectual property and submissions
Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials belong to Aguilar Team or their respective owners. You may view and print content for your personal property search or service inquiries. Other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires permission from the rights holder.
When you submit material, you confirm that you have permission to provide it. You allow us to use that material as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the services you request, subject to our Privacy Policy. Submitting private information does not grant us permission to publish it for promotional purposes.
External websites and account access
Links to property search tools, scheduling services, and other external websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or availability. If a linked service requires an account, protect your login details and report suspected unauthorized access to that service and to us when relevant.
Disclaimers and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided as available and without warranties regarding uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by network outages or your unauthorized use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights you have under applicable law.
Access restrictions and governing law
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. California law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Separate service agreements may contain additional dispute provisions.
Changes to these terms
